Fanuli has been a steadfast destination for design savvy Australians for many years now and with such an amazing range of famous Italian and Australian Designers under their belt, it will come as no suprise that they are featured in Hermit’s hot picks from Sydney Indesign.
They have recently acquired designs by Antonio Citterio, which where showcased at the Galleria during the trade fair. Let me tell you, I am showing a LOT of restraint when choosing just two items from this Italian designers collection! First is the most deliciously comfortable and stylish Lifesteel leather lounge. The quality leather combined with the feather down seat cushions made this piece a standout and if possible, I would have teleported it straight to my lounge room! This range also includes chairs, modulars and ottomans ensuring there is a perfect combination to fit your space and the framework is available in a variety of finishes.
The second lust worthy design by Citterio was the Infinity Shelving System. A combination of Epoxy-powder-coated metal box shelves with natural-cowhide storage boxes which creates a classy, sophisticated feel. Mix and match the different modules to create a unique shelving unit that meets your storage requirements. The shelves are also available in a range of colours to suit your taste and design style.
Last, but not least, is the beautiful BCN Wood stool by Italian designer Harry&Camilla. Although this design is not new it so so unique and inspiring that I thought you may want to fall in love with it all over again too! The Polyurethane seat has the most amazing curvaceous design and I was particularly taken with the natural beech leg combination. Just stunning!
The BCN Wood Stool is available in a variety of colours and the beech legs can be lacquered to match if you do not fancy the natural finish. The BCN is also available as a fixed high or low seat with steel frame or an adjustable frame, both of which can be used outdoors and feature that iconic folded seat design.
